Booking

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by phone. We may accept same-day bookings subject to driver availability.

Travelling & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your booking by contacting us via email or phone. To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance via our website or by phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Meet and Greet Service

Meet and Greet service is available for an additional fee of £10. The driver will meet the passenger at the arrivals gate holding a sign displaying the passenger’s name.

Waiting Time

Up to 45 minutes of free waiting time is allowed after the flight’s scheduled arrival time.

Additional waiting time will be charged at £5 for every 15 minutes.

Flight Delays

Millennium Airport Transfer monitors incoming flights to ensure smooth service. In case of delays, please contact your driver and inform us via phone or email so we can manage the situation efficiently.

Luggage

Our airport transfer service includes transportation of up to two standard-size suitcases per passenger.

Oversized items such as ski equipment or golf clubs may incur additional charges.

Vehicles

All vehicles used by Millennium Airport Transfer are fully licensed and insured for public hire.

Driver Conduct

Our drivers are responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behaviour is inappropriate or poses a safety risk.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, please contact Millennium Airport Transfer immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Liability

Millennium Airport Transfer shall not be liable for loss or damage to passenger property unless caused by company negligence.

Variation

Millennium Airport Transfer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
